This place wasn't rammed like more breakfast places. I must say the blueberry pancakes were the best pancakes I have ever had. My husband doesn't like pancakes or blueberries and he even loved it! Lol. The prices were good, service was excellent. Wish we lived closer but we will be back!

Got the meat combo #2. Meat was a bit over cooked. I would come back again though as it seems to be the best place in town.

TRY THE GRAVY! it was the best gravy I've had in years - hubby said the same. food was excellent! had an awesome burger and he had the chicken club - they put soo much chicken on it!!! would eat here again!

Sunday breakfast buffet was great! Drink service was immediate but we didn't see the server again so no refills on the coffee. They were busy; we understood.

Large buffet breakfast and brunch on Sundays. Good value at 14.95 for adults and less for children. Fast, friendly service and you can still order from the menu if you don't need as much to eat. Opens at 8 a.m.

Good choice in historic Sloan's setting. We were a party of 9 for lunch on a weekend. Service was friendly and efficient although one order got lost in the shuffle. Nothing fancy here but good variety, great value and wanting to please. Recommended.

Exactly the breakfast you’d expect from a breakfast place, and prices are on par with what you could expect. My only issue is that the service was slow, and that’s no fault of the waitresses, it’s specifically the amount of workers. Management needs to staff more employees on a busy Saturday morning!

Update- this used to be a frequent for brrakfast and lunch. The staff were great, remembered that we were always in need of coffee top ups and ensured a quick lunch when needed. Since the old staff have left I would say service went downhill, its hit or miss depending on the day you go. Last visit my benedict hollandaise sauce was an off puttinf brown toned colour and homefries were old. The fish and chips was always good but they close at 3pm now daily. Fresh cooked food. Good service. Good prices.

We come from Bracebridge to our favourite breakfast place. The food is always amazing, especially the Blueberry Pancakes, the service from Shannon is great and the place is spotless! Treat yourself to the best breakfast around!

The food was good after we got it...50 minutes after ordering. I watched several people walk out before getting their food and we only waited because we were so hungry. We overheard a waitress say there was a rush at 9am so they were "hit hard". For a restaurant that serves breakfast it shouldn't be a shock that people would come here for breakfast. Also we were given this excuse at 11:30am. Our waitress was nice and we know it wasn't her fault but we looked around at one point and none of the tables had food on them. It felt like the chef quit the morning of and they all had to cover. Food was great...speedy service was non existent

Stopped in here one morning for breakfast with my girlfriend and her sister. The service was amazing, everything came out fast, server was nice. The food was great! Definitely a great place to get an inexpensive breakfast!

My dad and I visited this restaurant just yesterday to try something new, and we had a good experience. The Maple Syrup Festival was on and we ordered the soy-maple glazed trout with rice and veggies. Absolutely no complaints. It was delicious.We also liked the atmosphere. Inside was cozy and clean. Our waitress was attentive, prompt and pleasant.My only reason for giving four stars instead of five is because the radio was on the christian rock station and when I asked for a water, our waitress thought I meant more hot water for my tea. An honest mistake. I probably should have been more specific.I would go there again and I would recommend it to people I know.

Homy interior invites to loiter..... Hahaha.... The service seems to be always friendly, and the flow of coffee is exceptional lately. Just THAT is worth coming in for breakfast.Seems the cook is paying more attention to detail and quality again, after a period of slacking.The normal, of the menu, breakfast is a lot better than the special, in my opinion.The free wifi is fast and very much appreciated.The prices are good and nothing to regret. The waitresses are worth their 20 to 25% tip.So be generous and keep o in the coming in.
